The Foreign Policy Association established in 1918 is the midwife of the Council of Foreign Relations( established in 1919 and ratified in 1921, the CFR is the child of the The Royal Institute of International Affairs ( The Grandchildren of The Royal Institute of International Affairs include the OSS, CIA, MI5, MOSSAD. All of the world's Intelligence Agencies are interconnected and are outgrowths of the secret police agencies of 19th century Eurasia.

The Foreign Policy Association is the inner sanctum of the Illuminati Policy makers in the United States. Below, is the FPA discussing their plans for the future of Iraq days before the elections on March 7, 2010.
